Cupcake Order Form

Please read & fill out this form to the best of your ability.

Please Keep In Mind:

🤍 This form DOES NOT secure your order.

🤍 All orders require a 2 weeks notice & 50% retainer fee within 24 hours of sent invoice (unless otherwise discussed & noted on your invoice).

🤍 A non-refundable 50% retainer is required UPFRONT for all orders over $200 more than 2 weeks in advance that goes toward your full payment. The other half of the payment is due exactly 1 week before date of event.

🤍 Last minute orders will be turned away unless we have time. A rush order (orders placed less than 2 weeks prior) will incur a $25 rush fee (waived for 1st time orders). Full payment is required for all last minute orders UPFRONT!⁣⁣

🤍 Failure to pay deposit within 24 hours will result in your invoice being cancelled. If the second half of the payment isn't sent within 48 hours of receiving a reminder message, your order will be canceled & you will not receive a refund.⁣

🤍 Remaining balance is due exactly 1 week before pickup/delivery.

🤍 All orders under $200 will be required to pay full price UPFRONT.

🤍 Last minute cancellations does not mean you will get your money back. 9/10 we have already purchased materials for your order. We may offer you a refund of HALF your payment if discussed otherwise.⁣⁣

🤍 We specialize in buttercream cakes & cupcakes with fondant accents when requested.

🤍 WE DO NOT OFFER FULLY COVERED FONDANT CAKES!

🤍 Once your order leaves our hands, we are no longer responsible for any mishaps.⁣⁣

🤍 BEFORE SELECTING A TIME:

MON-FRI pickup: 3pm-8pm, SAT & SUN pickup: 9am-12pm (another time can be chosen if discussed)
